Initially Australia-based (pre global expansion), our priorities are:

  • Merging with a respected industrial formulation biochemistry laboratory
  • A scalable batching plant

Related logistics/supply operations will provide a closed loop supply chain for ingredients and access to both local and international distribution networks.

This model will then be replicated in key global markets to provide certainty of supply to core market sectors.

As the commercialisation momentum builds Paul, will look to the digital media environment to build a strong market presence for the NonTox range of products, backed up with outstanding customer service.

From a rural background Paul has two strong dislikes; weeds and poisons.

Sandra has developed partner networks for a number of European and North American vendors in the Singaporean, Hong Kong and China markets as well as Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.

David’s a seasoned veteran in the weed spraying game. He resurrected the original Enviroweeder formula and worked day and night to bring the product to commercialisation.

David will play an integral part in the client relationship team; working with industry spray teams to optimise the use of the Bionix C4 concentrate to provide the best kill rate for their specific weed mix.

He has a background in psychology and research, and has worked as creative director on major brands in Europe, Asia and the Americas. He is former board member of a global communications business.

Consulting Principle at Keypoint Law, Richard’s focus is commercial law and especially international trade.

Richard has assisted over 500 companies to enter APAC markets. He advises on strategic alliances, joint ventures, data privacy, cyber security, labelling and food safety, customs and trade compliance.

Richard’s clients also include companies in agribusiness, FMCG, healthcare, sports and entertainment, medical technology, and tertiary education.
